rechtundgesetz.ch is a growing project. The platform is intended to provide orientation, but it is neither official nor guaranteed to be complete. This page deliberately records where caution is required.
Not official
The platform is not an official publication and does not replace official sources. The publications and data of the competent authorities are legally authoritative.
Data status
Imports may be delayed. A change in an official source is not necessarily visible immediately on rechtundgesetz.ch.
Automatic structuring
SR data, articles, content blocks and cross-references are read and normalised technically. Edge cases, format changes or old versions may therefore be classified incorrectly.
Search and topics
Search results, legal areas and thematic entry points are aids. They may miss relevant enactments or display results that require professional review.
Community functions
Ratings, tags, comments and links can provide additional orientation. They are opinion, context or community data, however, and not an official assessment of an enactment or article.
Moderation, spam protection and quality assurance are being expanded gradually. Visible community content should therefore always be read critically.
