Notes and requirements
- 1 Anonymous ratings use a pseudonymous browser identifier; the consent contract requires a final launch review.
- 2 Community write functions require an active account and verified email; comments also require a display name.
- 3 Current favorites follow the current version; explicitly historical versions remain pinned separately. A downgrade never deletes existing favorites.
- 4 ProductAccess is the only source: Guest 4, User 8, User+ 100, and Team/Professional 250 full-text searches per user and Zurich calendar day. AdminBypass is unlimited.
- 5 Personal history is recorded for signed-in users only when the optional “Functional / First-party” category is enabled.
- 6 With consolidated dossier monitoring, each uniquely monitored legal content target counts against the applicable monitoring quota. Identical targets already monitored in the same personal or team workspace are not counted twice.
- 9 Public tags remain visible on legal content. The complete directory is available in the account tag browser.
- 10 The canonical catalogue contains 8 Standard and 16 User+ tags. Users see User+ tags locked; User+ and admins receive the complete browser analysis.
- 11 This row describes each team member’s personal quota; shared team quotas are listed separately.
- 12 Favorites and history remain personal to each member. No shared workspace history is created, and other members or team administrators do not automatically gain access. Shared analytics, different retention, extra filters, and resume functions are separate future features.
