rechtundgesetz.ch is privately operated. Support is welcome as long as the independence of the content, clear source work and the separation of information and advertising are preserved.
Support the project
The platform is being developed step by step as a private initiative. Suggestions, professional feedback, technical reports or financial support can help to further improve content, search, structure and usability.
Support does not mean having a say in the content. The official sources remain authoritative; rechtundgesetz.ch remains an independent information and orientation platform.
Sponsoring & advertising spaces
rechtundgesetz.ch offers predefined, clearly labelled sponsoring and advertising spaces as well as a separate listing on the Supporters page. Advertising spaces are presented separately from editorial content, legal information, official data, search results and community contributions.
Standard rotation and exclusive occupancy of the advertising spaces are offered as one package for Switzerland and all supported language versions. During the active contract term they additionally include a highlighted placement on this Supporters page.
A separate listing on the Supporters page applies to all supported language versions of that page, occupies no advertising space, is static, is not part of the rotation and is not included in any exclusivity for advertising spaces.
Exclusive occupancy means that during the booked period the regular advertising spaces are not allocated to other advertising customers. Supporters pages, mandatory pages and areas excluded for technical or substantive reasons remain exempt. Other providers may still be listed on the Supporters page. rechtundgesetz.ch alone decides which approved advertising material or format is used for presentation on this page.
Preference is given to reputable providers with a thematic fit, for example law firms, notary offices or recognised insurers with a connection to legal protection and legal provision.
Advertising claims suggesting official affiliation, guaranteed leads, mandates, success or influence over content are not supported. Sponsoring, advertising spaces or supporter listings do not constitute a recommendation, official partnership or influence over sources, content, presentation or classification.
Exceptions are possible, especially in connection with the relaunch of rechtundgesetz.ch, provided the separation of information and advertising is maintained.
Featured supporters
Active standard rotations and exclusive placements are highlighted as an additional benefit during the contract term. Exclusivity applies to regular advertising placements, not to this Supporters page.

A special thank-you goes to my spouse and our children. They have often seen that “I’ll just quickly finish one thing” turned into a longer evening with databases, CSS, Fedlex and legal systematics.
This thanks is not intended as sponsoring and of course does not imply any influence over content. It is simply honest: without time, patience and support in the background, a project like this grows much more slowly — and sometimes not at all.
Become a supporter
Registered users can apply as a supporter under Your account → Supporter . Once approved, advertising kits can be created there, changes submitted for review and advertising contracts or bookings concluded.
Please follow the instructions in the Supporter Center. The contact form is only supplementary for questions that cannot be resolved during the application or booking process.
