In Kraft getreten am 16. Oktober 1958

Der schweizerische Botschafter in Paris und der französische Aussenminister haben am 16. Oktober 1958 Noten mit Begleit‑Memorandum ausgetauscht über die gegenseitige Deckung der Schäden von Angehörigen beider Staaten bei Motorfahrzeug‑Unfällen. Der Wortlaut der französischen Note mit Begleit-Memorandum, der inhaltlich mit den schweizerischen Texten übereinstimmt, folgt hiernach.
