Übereinkunft
betreffend die Polizeitransporte

vom 23. Juni 1909 (Stand am 1. Januar 1980)

Das Eidgenössische Justiz- und Polizeidepartement 1
und
die Polizeidirektionen sämtlicher Kantone 2

haben nachstehende Vereinbarung über das polizeiliche Transportwesen getroffen.

  1. 1 Ermächtigung zum Beitritt zu dieser Vereinbarung gemäss Ziff. 2 des BRB vom 23. Juni 1909 (BS 1 143).
  2. 2 Der Kt. Jura ist der Übereinkunft auf den 1. Jan. 1980 beigetreten (AS 1980 166).
