gestützt auf Artikel 37 Absatz 2 des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 19851 über die Verwendung der zweckgebundenen Mineralölsteuer und weiterer für den Strassen- und Luftverkehr zweckgebundener Mittel (MinVG),2
