Das Eidgenössische Departement für Umwelt, Verkehr, Energie und
Kommunikation,

gestützt auf die Artikel 57 Absätze 1 und 2 sowie 58 Absatz 2 des Luftfahrtgesetzes vom 21. Dezember 19482 (LFG),3

verordnet:
