Zivildienst

Im Zivildienst steht, wer zivilen Ersatzdienst nach dem Zivildienstgesetz vom 6. Oktober 1995²⁷ und nach der Zivildienstverordnung vom 11. September 1996²⁸ leistet.

Die Militärversicherung erstreckt sich auch auf Urlaube und Unterbrüche eines Einsatzes.²⁹
