Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 10 Absatz 1, 10a, 22, 42 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c
und 53 Absatz 1 des Tierseuchengesetzes vom 1. Juli 19662,
die Artikel 29 Absatz 1, 32 Absatz 1 und 39 Absatz 1 des Umweltschutzgesetzes vom 7. Oktober 19833
und die Artikel 159a und 160 Absätze 1–3 des Landwirtschaftsgesetzes
vom 29. April 19984,5

verordnet:
