(PRA) 1

of 17 December 1976 (Status as of 23 October 2022)

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

on the basis of Article 39 paragraph 1 of the Federal Constitution2,3
and having considered a Federal Council Dispatch dated 9 April 19754,

decrees:
