The result of the vote is published in the form of a list of names.54

On the list of names, an indication is given for each member of the Council if he or she:

voted yes;
b.
voted no;
c.
abstained;
d.
did not participate in the vote; or

is excused; a person is excused when he or she has given notice of his or her absence for the entire sitting by the start of the sitting at the latest due to being on business for the standing delegations in accordance with Article 60 ParlA or due to the death of a close relative, maternity or paternity leave, accident or illness.56
