No time limit need be set:
1.
where it is evident from the conduct of the obligor that a time limit would serve no purpose;
2.
where performance has become pointless to the obligee as a result of the obligor’s default;
3.
where the contract makes it clear that the parties intended that performance take place at or before a precise point in time.
