A contract for the sale of immovable property is valid only if done as a public deed.

A preliminary contract and an agreement conferring a right of pre-emption, purchase or repurchase in relation to immovable property is valid only if done as a public deed.77

An agreement conferring a right of pre-emption without fixing a price is valid if done in writing.78
