Art. 18

The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) shall maintain an electronic list:

a.

of Swiss public signs;

b.

of public signs notified to it by foreign states.

It shall make this list accessible to the public.

The cantons shall notify the IPI of the signs referred to in Article 5.
