Report on unobjectionable concentrations

The Competition Commission shall routinely report to the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research8 on the concentrations that it has deemed unobjectionable. It shall identify the undertakings concerned and provide a brief explanation of why no investigation was opened in respect of any concentration subject to notification (Art. 32 para. 1 Cartel Act), why the concentration was not prohibited, or why no conditions or obligations were ordered.
