(DEBA) 1

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Article 64 of the Federal Constitution2,3

decrees:

  1. 1 Inserted by No I of the FA of 16 Dec. 1994, in force since 1 Jan. 1997 (AS 1995 1227; BBl 1991 III 1).
  2. 2 [BS 1 3]. This provision corresponds to Art. 122 para. 1 of the Federal Constitution of 18 April 1999 (SR 101).
