Decision on costs

The criminal justice authority shall decide who is to bear any costs in the final judgment.

2

It may make an advance decision in:

a.

interim decisions;

b.

decisions on the partial abandonment of the proceedings;

c.

decisions on appeals against interim and abandonment decisions.
