those of the Other Schengen States

(Schengen Information Exchange Act, SIEA)

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Articles 54 paragraph 1 and 123 paragraph 1 of the Federal Constitution1,
in implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/9772,
after consulting the Federal Council Dispatch of 4 September 20243,

decrees:
