Conditions and requirements

The subsidies referred to in Articles 53–56 shall only be provided if the activities to be funded:

a.

correspond to actual needs;

b.

are properly organised;

c.

include adequate quality improvement measures.

The Federal Council may establish additional conditions and requirements. It shall regulate the calculation of subsidy amounts.
