Transitional provisions

Until the laws relating to the promotion of universities and coordination of Swiss tertiary education come into force, the following provisions apply in relation to the Federal Institute of Sport:

a.

The Federal Institute of Sport shall cooperate with existing vocational schools. The DDPS is responsible for the conclusion of related agreements.

b.

The DDPS is responsible for the accreditation of study courses; it may issue guidelines.
