The SNSF, the home institution and the NCCR management shall draw up a contract for each funding period.16

The SNSF shall submit the contract to SERI for approval prior to signing. SERI shall check whether the proposed provisions comply with the agreed financial framework, support and the associated rights and duties of the parties thereto.
