Commencement

This Ordinance comes into force, subject to paragraphs 2 and 3, on 1 January 2014.

Article 55 paragraph 3 shall come into force at the same time as Chapters 1–5 HEdA78.

Articles 37 and 38 shall come into force at the same time as the provisions on funding and federal funding contributions under Chapters 7 and 8 HEdA, but not later than 1 January 2017.
