Art. 31b

Additional obligations

Anyone who is responsible for the placing on the market of treated articles must, on request, provide consumers with information on the biocidal treatment of the treated articles within 45 days.

The duty of care specified in Article 41 paragraphs 1 and 2 applies mutatis mutandis.

The above provisions are without prejudice to the restrictions specified in the ORRChem¹⁷¹.
