(Environmental Protection Act, EPA)
of 7 October 1983 (Last amended on 1 April 2026)
The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,
based on Article 74 paragraph 1 of the Federal Constitution1,2
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 31 October 19793,
decrees:
