Commencement

This Ordinance comes into force on 1 January 2001, subject to paragraph 2.

DETEC shall determine the commencement date for Articles 9–14, 16 and 17¹¹ to coincide with the enactment of the Ordinance on the Level of the Prepaid Disposal Fee for Glass Beverage Containers (Art. 10 para. 2).

11 In accordance with Art. 2 of the Ordinance of 7 Sept. 2001 on the Level of the Prepaid Disposal Fee for Glass Beverage Containers, those article came in force 1 Jan. 2002 (SR 814.621.4).
