Delegation of tasks

(Art. 14 para. 1ter CISA)

Tasks are deemed to be delegated if the SICAV and the representatives of foreign collective investment schemes appoint a service provider to independently and permanently perform in full or in part a material task, thereby changing the circumstances underlying the authorisation.

Material tasks are deemed to be:

a.31

for a SICAV: tasks in accordance with Article 36 CISA;

b.

for a representative of foreign collective investment schemes: tasks in accordance with Article 124 CISA.
