Data access for Swiss authorities

The trade repository shall grant the following authorities free access to the data they require to perform their tasks:

a.

FINMA;

b.

the SNB;

c.

other Swiss financial market supervisory authorities;

d.

the Federal Electricity Commission.

The Federal Council shall regulate access to data concerning central bank transactions, taking account of recognised international standards.
