über Massnahmen zur Verbesserung
des Bundeshaushaltes

vom 4. Oktober 1974 (Stand am 1. Januar 2018)

Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,

gestützt auf Artikel 42bis der Bundesverfassung1,2
nach Einsicht in eine Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 3. April 19743,

beschliesst:

  1. 1 [AS 1958 362] Der genannten Bestimmung entspricht Art. 126 der BV vom 18. April 1999 (SR 101).
  2. 2 Fassung gemäss Art. 40 Ziff. 4 des Bundespersonalgesetzes vom 24. März 2000, in Kraft seit 1. Januar 2001 für die SBB und 1. Januar 2002 für die Bundesverwaltung sowie die Post (AS 2001 894; BBl 1999 1597).
