gestützt auf das Bundesgesetz vom 6. Oktober 19951 über die technischen
Handelshemmnisse (THG),
in Ausführung des WTO-Übereinkommens vom 15. April 19942 über technische Handelshemmnisse,
in Ausführung des WTO-Übereinkommens vom 15. April 19943 über die Anwendung gesundheitspolizeilicher und pflanzenschutzrechtlicher Massnahmen, in Ausführung des Abkommens vom 21.
