(Trade Mark Protection Act, TmPA)

of 28 August 1992 (Status as of 1 July 2025)

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

on the basis of Article 122 of the Federal Constitution1,2
and having considered the Dispatch of the Federal Council dated 21 November 19903,

decrees:
