The bankruptcy administration shall proceed with the distribution immediately after the expiry of the period allowed to inspect the distribution list and the final account.

The provisions of Article 150 apply accordingly.

The shares attributable to the claims subject to a condition precedent or with an uncertain expiry date shall be deposited with the official depositary.
