If, after the conclusion of bankruptcy proceedings, assets are discovered that belonged to the estate but were not included therein, the bankruptcy office shall take possession of them and, without further formalities, realise them and distribute the proceeds to the creditors who have suffered a loss in accordance with their ranking.

The bankruptcy office shall proceed in the same way with deposited amounts that are released or have not been withdrawn after ten years.474

If the right is dubious, the bankruptcy office shall bring the case to the attention of the bankruptcy creditors by public notice or by post, and the provisions of Article 260 apply mutatis mutandis.
