Any person with legal capacity to act is authorised to represent other persons in enforcement proceedings. This also applies to professional representation. The cantons may prohibit a person from acting as a professional representative for good cause.

The costs of representation in proceedings before the debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices may not be charged to the other party.
