on the Protection of Nature and Cultural Heritage

(NCHA) 1

of 1 July 1966 (Status as of 1 August 2025)

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Article 78 paragraph 4 of the Federal Constitution2,
in implementation of the Nagoya Protocol of 29 October 20103 on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Nagoya Protocol),
and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 12 November 19654,5

decrees:
