Security of stored data

The Federal Office shall ensure that the data in the donor data register and the data in accordance with Article 15b paragraph 2 are securely stored in accordance with the principles of data protection legislation.

In particular, it shall ensure protection against fire, water, theft and unauthorised processing of the data.
