(Precious Metals Control Act, PMCA) 1

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Articles 95 paragraph 1 and 97 paragraph 1 of the Federal Constitution2,3
and having examined the Federal Council Dispatch dated 8 June 19314

decrees:
