Implementation

The Federal Council shall enact the implementation provisions.

The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research may amend and update the lists drawn up by the Federal Council in implementation of Article 2 paragraphs 1–2bis and of Article 8 paragraph 2 letter b.31
