Information transmitted by other Schengen States

The OAC fedpol shall forward information that other Schengen States have transmitted to it on their own initiative for the purpose of preventing, detecting and prosecuting criminal offences to the relevant Swiss law enforcement authorities.

It must refer the law enforcement authorities to any restrictions on the use of the information transmitted and to the confidentiality obligations.
