The OAC fedpol shall compile annual statistics, with details of the number of:
a.
requests for information;
b.
answered requests for information, broken down by urgent and non-urgent requests for information and by the requesting Schengen States;
c.
rejected requests for information, broken down by requesting Schengen States and reasons for rejection;
d.
cases in which the time limits laid down in Article 9 have been deviated from because judicial authorisation was required, broken down by requesting Schengen State.

The statistics must not allow any inferences to be drawn about the persons concerned.
